
Lillie M. Hebert died on the morning of Monday, May 12, 2014 at Eunice Extended Care Hospital. She was 90.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated on Thursday, May 15, 2014 at 10:00 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice. Rite of Committal will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Father Sensat Celebrant.
She was a lunchroom worker for Eunice Jr. High for 30 years. She was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, teaching religion for 20 years, member of the Ladies Altar Society, sewed and baked for the bazaar many years as well as the Mardi Gras Group. She volunteered at Eunice Manor Nursing Home as an aid in various areas.
Survivors include her three sons, Gregory Hebert and wife, Kate of Eunice, Randall Hebert and wife, Brynne of The Woodlands, Texas and Dana Hebert and wife, Cindy of Eunice; one sister, Mary Miller Lanthier of Eunice; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Hebert; her parents, Augustine and Louise Daigle Miller; five brothers, Constant, Claude, Zan, Nat and Phillip Miller; a grandchild and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Wednesday, May 14th from 9:00 am until 9:00 pm and again on Thursday, May 15th from 8:00 am until time of services. Deacon David Guillory will recite a Rosary at 7:00 pm Wednesday evening.
