Daphne “Nan” Debarge Land died Jan. 8, 2014 in her Lafayette home. She was 89. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 12 noon on Saturday, January 11, 2014 at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice. Interment will follow in the St. Paul Cemetery with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating.
Survivors include her son, Norman Land of Breaux Bridge; her niece, Elaine Debarge of Lake Charles; nephew, Ray Bergeron and wife, Sophie of Lafayette.; two grandsons and one great-grandson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Land; her parents, Adeole and Marie Bertrand Debarge; two brothers, Harold and Batson Debarge.
Visitation will be held at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Eunice on Saturday, January 11th from 9:00 am until time of services. Deacon Gary Gaudin will recite a Rosary at 11 am Saturday.
