Mordello G. “Brud” Hebert, Sr. died on Thursday, February 27, 2014 at Vidor, Texas, Health and Rehabilitation at the age of 72. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated at 3:00 pm on Monday, March 03, 2014 at Ardoin’s Funeral Home Chapel in Eunice. Interment will follow in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Deacon David Guillory officiating.
He was a retired heavy equipment operator.
Survivors include his wife, Christine Hebert of Vidor, Texas; nine children, Carissa Hebert of Eunice, Wendy Fullone and husband, Al of Chicago Ill., Racheal Grimshaw and husband, Art of Bushnell, Fla., Jeffrey Hanson and wife, Rhonda of Boliver, Mo., Brian Cheeks and wife, Krystal, Anastasia Hanson and Kevin Hebert and wife, Raina, all of Vidor, Texas, Mordello G. Hebert, Jr and wife, Shashoney of Eunice, and Christopher Smith of Vidor, Texas; his daughter-in law, Glenda Hebert of Eunice; his two brothers, Belvon Hebert and Warrick “Mitchell” Hebert, both of Eunice; three sisters, Gwindola Thomassee of Eunice, Magdalene Palmer of Franklin and Emeline “Fay” Stroder of Lafayette.; 16 grandchildren,
He was preceded in death by his parents, Gerald and Virginia Brown Hebert; his son, Wendell Hebert; and a brother, Irwin Hebert.
